Polar "Fat burn" vs "Fitness" — MyFitnessPal.com

Details: Level 1 i burn 234 calories and was in the "fat burning" range for 4:14 and in the fitness range for 21:44. Level 2 i burn 319 calories and was in the "fat burning" range for 1:54 and in the fitness range for 28:54. Body pain — MyFitnessPal.com

Details: Weight loss, for me, multiplied the improvement I got from improved fitness. Both weight loss and improved fitness can reduce pain, improve quality of life, I'm 100% convinced. Either one is better than neither, but both is a really good, useful thing - the best, IMO.

Details: September 23. I wouldn't be angry for a few reasons, and I would want to hear the teacher's side of things before coming to any judgement. There's a long standing assumption that documentaries are informative and educational. That's never been 100%, and in the last ~15 years or whatever it's been even less true.

Details: I would take it easy until you see the doctor, and worry about a fitness regimen, AFTER you deal with any possible issue, with guidance from your doctor. The other issues.. lack of energy, muscle weakness, and chest pains are more alarming.. especially when combined with low HR.

Details: My fitness tracker, for me, is not as good a calorie expenditure estimator as the same brand/model is for many people - it's 25-30% off (low, in my case), compared with 6+ years of calorie and bodyweight logging experience. They're close for most people, but it's still an estimate, not a measurement. Not every user of a tracker/HRM is average.
